- • Design and ship backend services for messaging, compliance, and campaign orchestration
- • Own API performance, reliability, and observability across critical paths
- • Model and evolve data structures to support auditing, deliverability, and analytics
- • Partner with product to turn ambiguous problems into crisp technical plans
- • Raise the bar on code quality, testing, and on-call ergonomics
- • 5+ years building production backend systems
- • Strong TypeScript/Node or equivalent backend experience
- • Solid SQL skills and pragmatic schema design
- • Experience with distributed systems, queues, or event-driven patterns
- • Comfortable owning systems end-to-end (build → ship → operate)
- • Experience with telecom/messaging providers (10DLC, carrier policies, deliverability)
- • Supabase/Postgres optimization and RLS familiarity
- • Security/compliance experience (audit logs, access controls)
Senior Frontend Engineer
Craft fast, beautiful workflows for inbox, campaigns, compliance tooling, and admin controls — where details matter.
- • Build polished, accessible UI in Next.js/React
- • Design component patterns that scale across product and admin surfaces
- • Partner with backend engineering to shape clean APIs and data contracts
- • Improve performance (bundle size, rendering, perceived speed) and UX reliability
- • Own quality: testing, edge cases, and thoughtful error states
- • 5+ years shipping production React apps
- • Strong TypeScript and component architecture skills
- • Experience with modern Next.js patterns (App Router, server/client boundaries)
- • High bar for UX polish and accessibility
- • Experience with realtime UIs (websockets, presence, inbox workflows)
- • Design system experience (tokens, primitives, composable components)
Product Designer
Design workflows that feel effortless: onboarding, campaigns, compliance controls, and the day-to-day inbox.
- • Lead end-to-end product design from exploration to high-fidelity execution
- • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI specs that engineers love building
- • Partner with product/engineering to validate solutions with customers
- • Evolve our visual language while staying consistent and scalable
- • Define UX patterns for complex compliance and messaging workflows
- • 3+ years in product design for SaaS
- • Strong interaction design and systems thinking
- • Ability to balance speed with craft
- • A portfolio showing shipped work and decision-making
- • Experience designing admin tools, analytics, or configuration-heavy products
- • Familiarity with messaging/telephony, compliance, or regulated UX
Customer Success Manager
Own onboarding and long-term outcomes for teams running mission-critical messaging — with compliance baked in.
- • Onboard new customers and guide them to first value quickly
- • Help customers structure compliant programs (consent, opt-out, DNC workflows)
- • Identify risks early and coordinate solutions with product/engineering
- • Drive renewals, expansion, and customer advocacy
- • Turn feedback into clear internal insights and product requests
- • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation
- • Comfortable with technical products and troubleshooting workflows
- • Strong written communication and customer empathy
- • Experience with messaging platforms, contact centers, or telecom
- • Familiarity with TCPA/10DLC concepts
DevOps Engineer
Scale reliability: CI/CD, observability, incident response, and secure-by-default infrastructure for a messaging platform.
- • Own build/release pipelines and deployment automation
- • Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response to keep SLAs strong
- • Harden infrastructure and security posture (secrets, access, least privilege)
- • Partner with engineers to make systems operable and resilient
- • Plan capacity and performance improvements as we scale
- • 4+ years operating production cloud infrastructure
- • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, observability, and production debugging
- • Security-minded approach to infrastructure and access controls
- • Experience with Vercel/Next.js deployments at scale
- • Postgres performance tuning
